Why I'm here to help

Why I'm here to help

Why I'm here to help

From some of the world's biggest online courses, to some of the most ambitious grassroots campaigns in the UK, I've delivered some incredible projects, but it hasn't always been easy.

As an autistic person, I've struggled to get the adjustments I need at work. Sadly, our workplaces are rarely designed for neurodivergent people.

So I started AssistND to help neurodivergent people like you get the support you deserve.

If you consider yourself neurodivergent, I'm here to support you at work.

I can support clients who experience Anxiety, Autism, ADHD, Dyscalcula, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, PTSD (inc. cPTSD), Synesthesia, and a range of other conditions.

Whatever your support needs are, contact me for a free consultation and we can discuss how I can help you.

Yes we can. I already support clients through the Access to Work scheme and understand what's required for you to get funding to contract a support worker.

If you're applying for funding, I can provide a bespoke quote for you to support your application.  I offer competitive prices and excellent value for money, and will tailor a quote to precisely match your needs. Contact me to arrange a consultation call or to discuss your application via email.

It all depends on your circumstances, but you can book a one-off consultation call at anytime, free of charge, with no obligation to purchase any further support.

If you're on a low income, I can provide discounted rates for coaching and ongoing support. I can also provide discounts for charities and non-profits, or discuss bespoke pricing based on your needs.

Remember, if you're neurodivergent, there's a good chance that you can get support from AssistND funded through the Government's Access to Work scheme. Get in touch with me today to discuss your needs and find out how to get Access to Work funding so you can be suported at work.

Most of the support services I provide are virtual/remote, however I can provide some in person support where necessary, e.g. for work events, assessments, site visits or coaching.

I am based in Bristol and can travel across the United Kingdom for occassional visits, subject to agreement and notice. I can also support you virtually if you are based outside of the UK.

Yes! This is one of the best ways I can support you. If you find keeping on top of your emails, to-do list and diary overwhelming, annoying or even just a bit dull, I can help you.

Most people don't go to work or set up their own business because they want a busy inbox, so why not let me take care of some of this for you? I can help you get organised with a system that means you can spend more time doing your best work or growing your business.

Yes, and we love to! I have years of experience working in voluntary organisations and my former clients include some of the UK's most exciting charities.

Your work is far too valuable to be spent worrying about admin. I can help lighten the load so you can focus as much energy as you can on your social mission.

Absolutely. In the UK less than 1 in 6 autistic people have a full time job, and it's lower than average for most neurodivergent people. So I think it's vital that you can access support to help you find meaningful work.

Your first call is always free and I offer discounted rates for anyone on a low income. If you're looking for work, I can help you with:

  • CV writing and proofreading
  • Writing and proofreading cover letters
  • Interview coaching
  • Confidence-building
  • Presentation skills
  • Assessment skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Access to Work support once you've accepted a job offer.
